The struggle is real this time of year isn’t it? We are all pulled in a billion different directions with 200 more items on our to-do list. Although being healthy may not be top on that mile high to-do list, your future self (aka January self) will thank you for implementing a few of these healthy holiday tips. Don’t worry, I will not ask you to spend hours or even 30 minutes working out, going to the gym or slaving in the kitchen. If you only implement 1 or 2 of the tips below, you are certain to feel better and smile more.
